Cancellation policy:

You can cancel your order any time prior to receipt of the activation code, if the product was downloaded. If they product has been shipped, see Return and Refund Policy.

Return and Refund Policy:

You have either 15 or 30 calendar days to return an item ordered online or via telephone. To be eligible for a return, if the item was shipped, it must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt in its original packaging, unused. If the item was downloaded, notify us within 15 days so that we would issue a deactivate code. If you have paid via a credit card, your credit card will be credited immediately upon receipt of the package, or receipt of the successful deactivation code.
